While the basic service remains more or less the same (now called PlayStation Plus Essentials), but with the games offered at no additional cost limited to two a month, the Extra and Premium tiers (or “Deluxe” where cloud streaming isn’t available) offer a catalog of games which basically replaces PlayStation Now.
On the other hand, PlayStation Now goes the way of the dodo as a standalone service. If you’re a PSNow subscriber, you’ll be grandfathered into a PSPlus Premium subscription with no increase to your fees at launch.

The launch of the renewed service will come in phases, starting in June with “several markets in Asia, followed by North America, Europe and the rest of the world where PlayStation Plus is offered.” The goal is to have the new format available in most PlayStation Network territories by the end of the first half of 2022, on top of expanding the cloud services to additional territories.
